I love this medley! Don’t forget to watch AFTER the subscribe screen. They put bloopers on a lot of their stuff.
The queen approved, and the boys lost their fangirl minds, lol. My two favorites of this series of just the two of them sitting at microphones are "Empire Medley" and "Rihanna Anti Medley." But you have a ton of great Superfruit left including their original EP that you've only done one song from so far, and a lot of fun and parodies. One of the earliest things I heard when I became aware that Mitch Grassi broke me, musically speaking, and Scott swept up what was left when I disintegrated, was their funny and beautiful cover of "Defying Gravity" from "Wicked." Also, I personally think you're ready for PTX "Aha" at the Singapore Star Vista, also known as "Where's Kevin?" because reactors always ask that. Kevin actually comes on stage after the intro (he was putting his cello away) but you never see him because the focus is Mitchell at that point for the duration. You can hear him, though.
Well said! I'd love to see Matt tackle DG or Aha. But I think we should be careful about introducing him to Frozen...Kirstie's in it. We need him whole for a while longer.😁😁😎😎

I don't think Scott gets enough credit for his piano arrangements on these SuperFruit videos. A little after 4 minutes on your reaction there's a place where the piano comes in hard and I love it every time.
I think that’s something only die hard fans know and certainly reactors don’t know who is doing the music. I wish they’d have put little bits at the end of each of these showing them working on the arrangements for all these medleys and evolutions. As far as I know there was only that one snap of them working in the studio arranging. I think it was for the empire medley.

All of these are from her self-titled album, Beyonce. The last few songs revolve around the baby she lost and the birth of her daughter. Scott and Mitch treated the song about her loss perfectly.

This is a medley of all the songs from Beyoncé's 2013 self-titled album. Evidently they were binge-listening to the album for weeks and decided they had to do an arrangement. You need to do another SuperFruit original -- "Imaginary Parties" or "Hurry Up !"
My favorite of Superfruit ( besides every video and song of future friends) is. Empire Medley. But this ranks high. Beyoncé tweeted to them that they were flawless. Scott was so thrilled he got a shirt that said Flawless and wore it around for weeks. You need to listen to the bloopers and get to know them

Scott has admitted to constantly forgetting or messing up lyrics, so having them in front of him is definitely necessary. Also, iirc, this was released not too long after the original Beyoncé album, so they really didn’t have a lot of time to memorize the words as well as they know her older work.
Scott has also stated sometimes he gets caught up in Mitch singing and stops singing his part.
