Bunratty and later Woodturners display Hunt Museum April 2024

Wandered around Bunratty and also visited the graveyard, which is seldom seen by visitors. Took some street pictures from the top deck of bus coming and going to Limerick. Called to Milkmarket as it was closing down for the day. Visited the woodturners display at Hunt Museum. They were celebrating 40 years of their association. Due to light and using mobile phone, woodworkers great display did not give justice to the dedicated work of the artists. so there is a link below to vies more information.

THE IRISH Woodturners Guild is celebrating 40 years in existence with a special event at Limerick’s Hunt Museum.
The event, Turning Turns 40, will take place in the city centre museum tomorrow evening (Thursday, March 28), and celebrates the Irish Woodturners Guild, which is the oldest woodturning guild in the world.
