I finished up this year early and I'm glade I did. Its given me time to stack away some lower spot, lower premium Silver. The Gold Challenge with spot this high, I may have to rethink this. Not buying at this point doesn't seem like a option. But then again... Picking up grams with the same rewards would $50 off a $80 gram. Thats Gold for under $1000 oz. Just VERY slowly. 🥴
"Back to $2k" 😕 I'm more comfortable at $1700 I'm thinking of making a sale. I can sell a foreign be up enough to pay the extra for a 1/4oz AGE. I need to work on the AGE bag and it's just not happening with the premiums and spot. So I made a cheap bag at 85:1 for a ratio swap.
Thats the beauty of fractional Gold. Using rewards brings the cost to well under spot. IF... you can stay out of trouble. If someone is paying interest the rewards are meaningless. That just means instead of paying 28% they're only paying 25% 😖

I didn't even watch the video to see if I could see it. 😂 Sitting at the table with a 12" tripod in front of me, I can't see anything. I tied the bag up as you saw and tossed it in the can. Now its in the deep stack and in my mind, I'm starting all over again with a little bag of Random, oddball miscellaneous Gold. Now the plan is how to add to the stack but not add to the cost average. Using the same rewards on 2 gram bars will do it and actually lower my cost average, but would be 1/3 slower to stack. (2 grams over 3.1 aka 1/10 oz)

I don't use a card, I transfer the rewards to banking. Nearly all the online dealers will take a cc BUT... You pay like 4% more. No thanks! That defeats the whole purpose. If you watch the sales, its not uncommon to see two quarters for less than a half. Also if you need $500...sell $500 worth and be down $60 of premium. Or sell a full oz and be down $80 and 3/4 oz.
