I grew up southern with a Mexican mom so didn’t understand until I moved to the west coast that Mexicans like taking centerpieces if they can as a “ gift”. Haha i like it too but only if it’s fresh flowers or candles. 😬

Things that my mom hoards: rosaries (it does not matter if it’s broken she would still keep it),Tupperware, dried Chile’s, dried frijoles, clothes that don’t fit her, unfinished tejidos, religious books and candles. I can’t think of anything else.

I'm a mom and come from Argentina with European roots, and I do everything igual but the vase collection 😂 I see it as recycling and good for environment. I do fight on the hoarding my husband does...his is just hoarding...mine is reusing bc at the end of the day, all that money you spent on Tupperware...where do they go?? Igual que las medias!!! 😣😣
