This is one of the best business automation videos I have watched so far! Really great content! I have been running my small business for over 10 years, I will be trying to implement some of these general ideas for automantion! Thanks
Thanks Jono for this valuable content. For me as a new AirTable user, it's helped me to sort out my projects. Yes, AirTable costs money because it allows you to go where Google webspace doesn't offer concise solutions for multimedia. Or more complex content slows down the web framework. However, both systems have high business value. It would be nice to see more AirTable content at this level.
Hey, thanks for the comment! I completely agree, it's a super powerful software. I'll try to use it more, I just want to make sure to use free software as much as possible to lower the barrier of entry to those just getting started in automation :)
Hey! I'm not too sure I understand what you're trying to extract, but it seems quite specific. I'd recommend building something like this in Make.com to achieve your goals: ruclips.net/video/tgHELlJ-EW8/видео.html
Hey there, thanks for pointing this out, I should've mentioned in the video I've already done this for Google Sheets, here's the link: ruclips.net/video/qXwJlJZJ5iU/видео.html Best of luck :)
Great video but confusing. Is the first module Http or Air Table? I saw you run Http module to feed Air Table then based on Route, you also update the same Air Table. Is this is recursive that never ends? This is regarding ruclips.net/video/phzwvyLrSCo/видео.html
Hey Frank, great question. I should've made this more clear by breaking this up into multiple scenarios. Essentially, this is just a sample Make.com scenario, that has one trigger that is called from multiple places (your CRM or Airtable). In practicality, when setting this up for yourself, you'd likely want to separate these into two workflows. I just wanted to keep it concise in one scenario to see everything in one view. The two inputs are: 1. The Airtable custom script, allowing us to send data into Make.com from Airtable 2. The HTTP modules, which act as "mock CRM" data, where we're sending data from the HTTP module with a test client into the other Make.com scenario to search, create, update, upsert, and delete data in Airtable. All this is to say, that you can automate sending data into and out of Airtable, making it truly automated. I've broken this down into 3 paths in the router: 1. The first or top path is from data coming from Airtable 2. The second path is data coming from the "mock CRM" data via the HTTP request 3. The third or bottom path is data coming from Airtable again, so that we can use AI to automatically populate certain fields. How we know to send data down any individual path is by the filtering set up on the routes. The two airtable modules have query parameteres "&airtable=true", and "ai_response=true", and data is used to determine which path the data goes down. Hope this helps, thanks for the comment :)
@@jonocatliff Super helpful and exciting video! The point that helped me from above is that there is your reference to another workflow for mock CRM. Anyway, I love to join your automation courses. I watch a lot and yours is fun, practical, and made easier to follow. I just need to buy the Team subscription for scripting Air Table. Your Google Sheets workflow in earlier video was even more exciting as everything is free there. But I know Air Table is more valuable for automation.
Hey Frank, thanks so much for the kind words, I really appreciate it. I'll always do my best to work with free alternatively when I can, as I don't want there to be any friction for people to test things out :)

That's fantastic to hear, thanks for sharing that with me, really appreciate it :)
Best of luck with the implementation!

What a great video! Great demonstration, thanks Jono, thanks as always!
No worries, thanks so much :)
에어테이블 관련으로 찾고 있었는데 딱 좋게 있어서 다행입니다.
Awesome to hear, thank you! Best of luck :)
This really helped. Thank you.
No worries, all the best :)
Hi, Can you do a data scraper for the county?
