I do a diag RPFT the forst week of aug. just finished my 3rd 6miler w/ a 40# pack at a 14:30pace and in 1hr 26min. 8miles next week. Workin hard on this 5mi run tho.. push ups and situps are good. Trying to train that Anaerobic threshold and cardio sys to work more efficiently 😂
