No se trata de " Israel" en general. Esto se da dentro de la filosofia del ejercito. Extranjeros tambien pueden ser parte del ejercito. En el caso de Ella, es arabe de raza, nacida en Israel, por lo tanto tiene todos los derechos. Arabes nacidos en Israel tambien tienen representantes en el gobierno de Israel. Pero NO existe ningun judio en ningun gobierno arabe.

- El 20% de los ciudadanos con nacionalidad Israelí son también palestinos.
- Durante las más de siete décadas se había desarrollado una forma de convivencia pacífica entre la minoría árabe y la mayoría judía.
- El 81% de los encuestados árabes desean integrarse en el país y ser parte de esa sociedad (¿quizás porque de esa manera son menos pobres en un país más prospero que el suyo?).
- En los últimos años algunas medidas tomadas por Israel que han aumentado la sensación de agravio entre la minoría árabe, aunque muchas de estas normas afectan a los residentes de Gaza y Cisjordania.
- Israel ha sido conocido como la única democracia de Medio Oriente "una democracia con defectos" (como todas y más en un lugar tan complicado como oriente medio.
Muchas de esas normas que han endurecido el control sobre esos ciudadanos están encaminadas a que haya una mayor seguridad dado lo que hemos visto de los ataques terroristas perpetrados contra civiles israelís estos días atras.
Y por último esta soldado no lo "pasa bien", simplemente se considera israelí independientemente de su religión, ama su país, algo que muchos no entienden.

@jjunior8388 Es que si es así será desde hace poco, porque tenía entendido que los árabes israelíes no podían portar armas, aunque pertenecieran al IDF. De hecho Ella realiza un servicio en que no necesita portar armas, aunque puede que lleve al menos la pistola reglamentaria de oficial. La otra mujer que sale en el reportaje no la han identificado como árabe.
