Absolutely it is! We were filming around Oyan and Pasighat this January and covered the Bat killing festival as well.

The documentary is beautiful and so is the narration too. But rectification may be made, the Panyor is the river that flows down from Mengio in Papum Pare narrowing down untill it reaches Yazali in Lower Subansiri District. From Ranganadi Dam the river is known as Ranganadi till it meets Brahmaputra in Assam beyond North Lakhimpur.
