Okay. Kitchen. Purpose. Preparing meals. Storing food. Doing laundry. Doing paperwork, running a business (the washing machine doubles as a desk). Sewing and mending. Mudroom from backyard. Feeding station and beds for four dogs. Herb garden. Also just a great place to hang out, especially if the door is open to the back porch. Did i mention that my house consists of four small rooms with no basement or garage? 😂
that sounds wonderful! ever since I down sized, ive dramatically become happier knowing everything has its little place. my kitchen table doubles as a working desk too! I dont see the point of basements, just for more clutter/empty holiday boxes unless you turn it into a kids room ;D
This is true. Often more space just represents more accumulation. Smaller spaces tend to be conducive to purposeful living.

Difference between "wants" and "need"!
I rent a single 10x10 bedroom so it's my bedroom, office, library, exercise room, closet, creation space and most recently stockroom for my small business.😅 My list is going to look a bit different in designated space goals
What a cute space! Everyone's home and space is different which is where your own uniqueness shines. It's a great opportunity for storage bins and furniture with multiples uses like a bed with storage or a desk with good storage below

More on downsizing from the condo to the rv!!!! That is awesome! But we would all like to know how you paired down that much!
Honestly it starts with the big furniture, chairs, coffee tables, and plus no mattress frame because it's built in lol. For the small stuff I did what's in the video, put most in small boxes, and made some easy and some hard decisions😅

Low key same here hahah I use to love collecting miniature stuff like that
I could live in a RV easily, I only need space for my gaming pc, clothes, bed and maybe a table. I do have some stuff like tools, a few collectables. My stuff all fits in a single room so I had to pair down belongings.
Oh trust me I have my while collection of tools, and they all fit nicely in the storage underneath the RV. You could also get a little shed for the larger stuff. That's what I'm doing currently.😁😁 RV life Is fun (and a little more cheap than renting)
@@MeghanFeret who knows might be in my future later on, I'm staying with family, rent is cheap so it doesn't make sense at this time.

Where I live, Amazon comes at least every other day. I love Amazon but I don't buy when I can't afford it. I did alot of decluttering as well as my Mother and we gave alot of stuff to a Thrift Shop.
