Thanks for the comment. ‘Way too expensive’ in comparison to what though. How much would a similar property with comparable views cost in the UK. Price/m2 for this level of quality, location, views is very competitive to other offers in the Bay. So... yes, it’s a lot of money, but in my opinion, it’s not too expensive with all things considered. 😊
