4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
400-500 gms macaroni
3 cups of milk
1/2 cup of cream
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1 cube of chicken stock
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
3/4th cup cheddar cheese
3/4th cup mozzarella cheese
3/4th cup Gruyere cheese
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
