Tylko PSA mogło coś takiego odwalić, że korzystając z toyotowskiego R3 1.0 w ramach „Trojaczków” z Kolina, opracowali sobie jeszcze własny R3 1.0 68 KM z rodziny PureTech, który trafił jednak tylko na krótko do 208 II i C3 II, a potem skończyli go, pozostając przy różnych wersjach R3 1.2 PT.
