    I really didn't know I could learn that much about a dishwasher, and I learned I didn't know anything ! I love the approach of starting with "why". It makes so much more sense, and Lamar's delivery is perfect for explaining to complete novices (and just simple consumers) like me.

    I used to work for ge and the UI board replacement was my money maker for the company

      I just had to replace my user interface board and my GE dishwasher is not even 2 years old. What junk they put out. Won’t be buying another one for certain.

    Another common issue is the UI board goes out a lot

      That is correct. The GE Service Bulletin and feedback from the field is to replace system, which includes the UI Board. Why? Because it's in the customers best interest, long term.
