Great update, Scott. Love the new tune, "Characteristic"
Hahah, yeah snuck Characteristic in! 😉 Cheers.
Great to see you back on the build. You're making so much progress 🙌
Hi Iain, yes, step by step it'll get there. Cheers
Nice Scott, make sure you have enough clearance on the fan to the radiator, allowing for engine moving on those mounts. Look forward the next one :)
Yeah, that fan is terrifying, would soon churn up that aluminium radiator. 😮🤣
Big Project, nice work, glad its coming along well.
Thanks. Yeah, just taking it one step at a time, and doing a lot of research. Cheers
Great progress. I especially like your thoughtful attention to detail. This will make for an even better car. Something to keep in mind at this point with most parts just tacked in is that the front cross member rivets can be cut out and the cross member moved forward to gain some clearance between the fan and radiator. This will move the axle, spring, radiator and grill forward. Even just an inch or inch and a half could make a big difference.
Really impressive stuff. Loving the progress so far. I hope The “murika” trip was a blast 👍
Hi Stuart, the USA was great, but good to crack on with some stuff again in the garage. Thanks.
Nice work looking forward to the end result
You and me both! Cheers.
Nice work Scott. What make is the little red sander you are using .??
Milwaukee angle die grinder. Cheers!
Them “biscuits” fine wait till you put the load of then engine on
The engine is resting on them now. Do you of any issues then?
