- Hey guys! Soo, you know how I am all obsessed with rainbows, sprinkles, desserts and everything cute?! Today that all changes as I ATTEMPT to make artwork in the opposite of my style. I ended up doing an acrylic painting on wood and a very interesting squishy makeover. Hope you enjoy!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 28 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating, painting and general art videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try).

Moriah should make a gingerbread house again (possibly out of cardboard)! But this time with custom gingerbread men/characters from her Christmas squishes! Maybe even cookie cutters of her characters in her merch store.

I do just want to add I’ve been watching you since you first ever started making and painting squishes! (5-6 years ago?) I’ve enjoyed watching every single week on Saturday mornings for the past few years.
Sorry for adding sm but this was an idea, I didn’t intend to possibly create a comment bomb or give her a big project to work on. She doesn’t have to do it. It’s just a fun idea :) Maybe because with her kids it can be saved for another year! Merry Christmas 🎄

Im right there with you. I love her as a content creator even tho my style is the very opposite (dark, gothic, gore, creepy.) The videos are still entertaining and super creative.

Not saying she hasn’t shown us she is talented but that realism painting really demonstrates how well she knows the way paint comes together
She went to college for graphic design and had to take proper art classes for that - she definitely has the skill for non-cartoon art and realistic art, she just doesn’t like the aesthetic of making it herself (she also hates the feel of pastels and charcoal lol).

Both are adorable, but that bird was pretty impressive. Anyone else noticed her ability to blend and make things look more detailed is almost unreal. The pure talent and comedy is just proof she's better then all of us lmao. The world doesn't deserve her 😂❤
It's called years of practice and schooling. That and a natural talent for art. But still, others can be just as good as her if you put time and effort into it. Skills like that don't happen overnight. She's been dedicated and made a career out of making art. I really just want to commend her for her dedication and time she takes to do all of it.

In all honesty, I love the painting of the bird on the slice of tree, because it’s taking a concept that sounds like a regular Moriah thing to create, and turning it into a beautiful art piece that’s different from her regular work.

I love Moriahs rainbows and bright colors, as I do quite the opposite making monsters and vibrant colors mixed with a lot of grays and blues, and the occasional horrifying zombie
I would love to see a cute alien cat squishy at some point. :)
I was honestly expecting something with dark and edgy colors like black and red 😭 that’d be so interesting to see.
Love both pieces though. Poopy’s design is so fun, and the painting is actually still a very dramatic turn from your usual cutesy style, even if it’s still colorful, i think it creates a nice balance.

Like seriously, not only would they make a great pair, but how fun would it be to watch Rae attempt painting a squishy with cartoony rainbow pastels while Moriah tries to make a super dark, realistic, and stylized illustration!?

The husky is absolutely darling!! As much as I love your style, I've typically always preferred bolder colors rather than pastel and those bold, colorful patches are amazing! I don't think it looks creepy at all. Thanks for challenging yourself for our entertainment. I'm impressed with what you came up with!

Oh my GOD! I love the stuffie dog plushie soooo much. I'm so glad Moriah decided to step out of her comfort zone, I mean I love seeing the rainbow creatures too, but seeing her make really cute art that she's not used to is so fun as well! I love the bird too, it deserves a spot on the wall 🥰

I get that. Your Feelings are valid, but it doesn’t mean they are correct. Don’t overthink, if you make art you’re an artist. Not only that I can tell you without seeing your art that your an Good artist, the fact that you have this doubt show how much you care about your craft. That’s what it really takes. Skills and talent can be developed with time and practice but what you need is Passion and drive and a love for what you are doing. Also even Moriah feels that way sometimes as we can see in her vids

I honestly think those 2 are some of her best work! I'd love to see more videos where she tries out different styles. Maybe the 10 artstyle challenge, but she picks 5 that are styles she'd be comfortable with and 5 artstyle's that would be a challenge 😁 (And with style I mean already established artstyles by other artists)

I would have loved to make a dollhouse as a kid instead of just using the ones that come prepackaged. My friend from school's mom was decorating one that she had refurbished, one time when I was over there for a sleepover. It was so fun to watch.

2:create “bad” art or messy art do it very sketched and crazy don’t remove guidelines or trace

Moriah should write a book about her characters. Each page has a drawing of the different character, they’re a personality, trait, and their skills. I think this would be a cute gift for her kids!

I just love Moriah because she is such a good artist! Moriah doesn’t need any camera crew. She just does it herself! Personally, she is probably my favorite artist to watch on RUclips.
