  • Here's my test program to prove my toolchange setup within Mach3 using the 2010 screenset.
I created 1 single program that requires 3 tools and incorporates "automated" manual tool changes using a fixed tool probe.
    Tool 1 - 6mm down cut.
    Tool 2 - 90 degree V Bit
    Tool 3 - 4mm single flute.

Have you considered sharing the macro file? This is what I have been looking for.

This is exactly what i'm trying to do. I bought the 2010 screen set and I just have one electronic tool setter not the fixed and moving touch plate he shows in the manual. any chance you can help set mine up like yours. pls

My issue with your setup is that you have to be dead sure that your table is parallel to your spindle everywhere. For a wood router like mine with an MDF spoiler board it is not very accurate to do it this way.

@@maxlacugnato442 Google "2010 screenset". You'll find it. It's not my screenset. I was merely demonstrating the toolchange macro and how I use it. Thanks for checking it out.
