Come on guys. Don't just degrade our Don. This film had one of the best directors, a heroine who can match Zeenat Aman at that period both in acting and action. Last but not the least at that time only two actors could have been a choice to do both positive and negative characters at the same level. Either Mohanlal Or Ratheesh. This movie was actually made before the time. That could be the only reason for its failure.

So Don was made first in 1978 in Hindi. then there was a remake of Tamil Don again Malayalam don. it was so good people didnt want to stop seeing don so it was Remade again in 2006 in hindi with the same story. that was a Success so it got again remade in Tamil as Billa with the same story AGAIN!. Thankfully Malayalam did not. and Finally the movie got again a second part in 2011 Hindi. And for the love of god that was the last don movie.. Hhhoo!
