補充:整個上桿是用肩膀平行的旋轉來完成的,影片裡一直說頭部,不好意思。另外試揮左右打手的揮桿方向,可以讓身體肌肉與柔軟度平衡,因此擊球可以更有效率,打得更遠!

中短鐵因為站位比較靠近,所以本身就比較陡峭了。但還是可以夾毛巾做練習
