Each phase would represent Walt's "evolution" into Heisenberg. The first phase is the meek Walt, second phase is the bald Walt, and the last one would be Heisenberg.
That would explain Jessie only being there for the middle chunk, since Heisenberg ended up pushing Jessie away

I'd like to imagine that throughout the first half of the song, during BF's verses, Walter is coughing heavily, like in the Garcello mod. He calls in Jesse to take over for a second, and after Jesse finishes his verse, you see him slowly putting on his heisenburg hat. The sun shines onto his glasses, causing them to refract and cover his eyes as he spits the final bars of the song.
