  • I am still a bit awkward on learning this new way. I am also not extending all the way because full extension ends the muscle growth. I keep time under tension without going to full extension where there is no tension.

    That's probably the most stylish work out dress I've ever scene (KL, snorting derivisvely: "THIS old thing?🤣😇😍🤪🥰😝), and the "occupant" of said dress is still "batting 1.000" in the looks department.👍

    Karen can you please explain the purpose of the wedge under the plate? I've seen these used with traditional weight lifting. Thanks, Katrina

      Sure, Katrina! My ankles are not so flexible so for me to drop my hips lower requires more ankle flexibility. The wedge helps me do the hip lowering part. Make sense? I also use it for squats for the same reason.
