      Try it out! It really isn't as tough as it seems. It took a few times for me so don't be discouraged if you don't get it the first time. Good luck and have fun!

    That pasta is Pappardelle. The Tagliatelle is less wide.

      I personally enjoy this dish without extra toppings. However, in the chef notes, I recommended freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano if you desire. 😀
