- If you had me on Facebook a few years ago, you’d know that I was no stranger to sharing every single one of my problems online (thankfully that’s stopped 😬😂), I’ve grown out of that now and unfortunately, gone the complete opposite to where I struggle to talk about how I’m feeling and decide to completely ignore it and just hope it goes away instead. So what a better way to tackle that than making a RUclips video and posting it on the internet for everyone to see 🙃😂
In all seriousness, this is a topic that hits very close to home, as I often feel like I can’t live life normally anymore because I’m so scared of the world and everything in it. I feel as though anxiety is often over looked, when in reality, it’s actually something that can affect your life so terribly. If I had it my way, I wouldn’t leave my bed anymore, as it’s too much of a struggle, everything I do, brings stress. But, life is all about over coming the challenges, so I’m going to do my best to over come this and be the positive person that I am! This isn’t meant to be a sob story at all as I love my life and I’m so grateful for all the amazing blessings I have. This is just something I’m struggling with, and I wanted to make this video to finally get everything off my chest and also let others know that they’re not alone.
Life is too short to stay in the dark and never be able to express how you’re feeling, so just know that whatever you’re going through will work out, help is always available and most importantly, you’re not alone ❤️
P.S, please be kind with me on this one, it took a lot to share such personal information and it took a lot of attempts before I finally got the courage to post this.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us! I can relate to this so much with some of my own anxieties about certain things. Could especially relate to how you were saying you get anxiety about going to work. I used to as well to the point I was sick at work, I had an episode like you described your second one where your vision goes all static like/massive headache/hot flushes. It's such a scary experience! xx
