Looking at the entire watch landscape with all things considered, I am really starting to think that Zenith is the perfect blend of excellent movements, designs, and fit and finish. They have a long history in watch making and are actually available. Even the chronometer sport with its small waitlist I was able to get on the list and received mine within 2 months. Just my 2 cents. Good to see a face associated with the excellent content.

I got my Panda back in April… from the new Tudor Boutique in NYC. The new 50th anniversary variant is thinner than previous models… which may account for some of its success…it’s extremely comfortable on the wrist and I get more people commenting and complimenting me on the watch than many other brands. I purchased the reverse Panda a year ago and I must say it's a pleasure to wear. The dial is interesting but not too busy. The bracelet wears comfortable. It runs at +.5 seconds a day. Definitely the pinnacle of my collection at this time. Now I would like to get my hands on a 58 with a black dial. Well done, excellent video.
Great review stumbled across this channel looking for some reviews on the Tudor chrono.Although did done initial research on to the watch this video has given me more confidence in the brand I’ve was out of the brand by the hour hand and the Beckham sponsor but this watch really got me interested. I’ve just had my phone call from the retailer after a 14 month wait! I called the other week to see where I was on the list and I was told I was 16th?! Not sure where the other 15 people have gone in a few weeks but this review has definitely made me feel confident in this purchase 😎.
IMO, the current Tudor chronos will not reduce in price...quite the opposite. The Breitling B01 movement is rarely found in watches under $10k...the Tudor is a bargain and will increase in value. Excellent video!

Hey! Your content keeps getting better and better. Thank you for all your hard work. I so thoroughly enjoy your videos. I'm also grateful for all I've learned from your videos. In short, you ROCK!
Considering the Breitling movement, the design of this Tudor and the price compared to the Daytona, it's clear that the Daytona is massively overpriced even at retail.
Biff, Chad, Palmer and Muffy all have Daytonas. Tudor will get me ridiculed. I think the Zenith Chronomaster sport looks far more beautiful and contemporary, but I can't tell my friends. I'd be the laughing stock at the country club and Bordeaux tastings. Be original. Buy a Zenith and throw away your smoking jacket. P.S. Napa Valley wines piss all over Bordeaux. Subtle and austere suck. Give me a flavor and texture bomb that reduces my verbiage to spontaneous expletives.
The Daytona just like any Rolex even at retail is somewhere in the ballpark of 3-5 thousand dollars over what it should be in terms of the watch you're getting. That 3-5 thousand extra you pay is just for the brand.
@@mikehoward9912 Buy all of them, wear the one that gets you laughed at and be an alpha and tell them your Daytona is in s box. Country club culture and status must be so complicated it makes guys question their roots. Eff your club, they’re nobodies. We’re all nobodies. I don’t know you and you don’t know any of the millionaire country club members out here. Be an alpha
Very in-depth and educational. This and other watches are pleasing to the eye. I believe few wearers of chronograph watches actually use the function. Similar to dive watches. We continue to wait patiently for the next release. We purchase them for their look.
Great point around us not using the Chrono's. It's funny how some days (even weeks) go by and we don't touch the watches complication 😆 Such a strange world this watch hobby and thanks as always George. Also excellent point around purchasing for "image" more than anything else these days
I don't have one of these but I do own two chronographs and I use them a great deal. Anything where you need elapsed time - pick someone up from the station in 20 minutes - click. Parking meter runs out in an hour - click. This software is rubbish - it takes so long to load. "show me.." - click.
Without a doubt, ask the guy that bought a new Z06 Corvette how many times he tracks his car? Mostly a status symbol but love my Panda just the same. I might use it to time buddies 0-60!
Wonderfull “vintage” design, not overpriced and actually available 😊 I got one when there where just introduced and still wear it with a lot of pleasure 😊
I met Jeff on the road. He was very eccentric on his thoughts and review plan with this bike. He bought me a bag of lays Potatoe chips and a soft drink and explained that he really likes this bike even know it is rough around the edges as he said. He then explained how functionally this bike was. He said he loves the v-twin and tracks with a real purpose. he liked using the massive Lucious horsepower and justified the speeding tickets he obtained from this review. He was thinking of ditching the cops but decided it may not be the best idea. This bike has the best of the best tolls for safety and reliability. I can keep going if you would like. The pan America is an eager bike that likes to hang out on fire roads and such. It also is very confident and can brake on a dime. It works beautifully and stable. Have a nice day. Thanks jeff.Oh jeff had to hang his legs in a safe place as he explains in the video
I’ve had the black dial version for a month now and I love it. Really wanted the white dial, but no joy at the AD. So glad it worked out this way - the black dial is extremely legible, surely an essential design element for a watch. (My humble opinion - a white dial and silvered hands = lazy watch design). I’m no designer, but the standout element for me is the domed crystal - makes the watch feel different to my others.
I am having a hard time deciding between the S&G chrono and the White dialed chrono. Think I’m going for black strap with either option. Thanks a lot for your extremely informative video.
I have the Panda three days, my only critique is when its dark its hard to read. Maybe the black one does that better but ill die w/ my Tudor Black Bay Panda.
Also, its not really designed to be worn w/ A strap. I purchased the black rubber strap w/ A nice clasp & it took away the elegance big time. I might put it back on for sport someday but the lugz look more streamlined w/ the bracelot.
The BB chrono is my usual daily wearer … and the reason for this is that it’s the most accurate mechanical watch I own (… and this across Tudor, Rolex & GO). I can set it - when wearing - and one week later it’s still within a second of the time. It’s a bit bizarre tbh: feels/sounds like an agricultural implement when winding but it then runs like a quartz watch …
Nice watch, double retail no way Jose. Love your relaxed style, great set up now and so good to be able to see you. The brackets rivets you didn’t mentions the rivets lol. Or did you… Either way, nice watch…
Those rivet bracelets... think they're always going to spark debate. They've definitely fallen out of fashion (after being a novelty when they were first introduced) It would be great to see them ditch the idea for something simpler, but hey! And thanks David 😉 Have a great weekend 🥃
Great analysis & redesign, congrats also for the studio setup. Maybe swivel your orientation to remove the door frame from your right shoulder? Luv your work!
Hi watch fans 😊, has I’ve seen today’s Sunday Easter 🐣 or regular Sunday got a question for you guys: does anyone have a black Bay Heritage (22 mm lugs size) with the steel bracelet and try to install it on this BB Chronograph? Has I’ve got 2 BB Heritage (GMT and the Burgundy) on steel bracelet I’m thinking about getting one of these nice watches! My favourite version of course it’s the S&G but they are hard to get plus not sure yet if should wait for April’s Watch Fair in Geneve … probably in my own opinion there will be newer Tudor versions not sure but … And maybe these could go up or maybe going down in price as the BB Heritage Burgundy “older” versions did some went down ( the ones I’ve bought) but the older version with ETA version is the most desirable and collectible as you guys all know 😊 What’s your opinion/thoughts? Have a great Easter 🐣 Sunday watch ⌚️ nerds 😅
Changing out the round dial indices is a great shout. I've had a BB58 a few months now and the clash between the round indices and the square of the snowflake hands doesn't really work. It's not a deal breaker, still a fantastic watch, but moving forwards it would be interesting to see Tudor really commit to their own visual language with the square indices, as seen on the Pelagos and those vintage 70's Sub's. I think the indices you've used here work well for an already busy dial though. I'd been keen to keep the snowflake hands personally, as this is really Tudors primary call out, but maybe just reduce the scale of them a little. Great job on the renders either way though.
Excellent video. Nice to have a face with the voice! Must admit, I expected a bit older gentleman based on your voice. I’ve been ‘listening’ for quite some time. If Tudor took your design advice I’d be next in line. Good work!
Thank you John (and don't worry, I've heard it all already - most expected me to be a professor with pads on the elbows of my tweed jacket 😉) Always love presenting these redesign ideas around popular watches. Hope you had a great New Year, sir! 🥃
Great video as always! Part of me thinks that the dive watch elements remain in this watch because, to make some of the changes you suggest, might scratch the Daytona itch a little too well. I have thought similar things in the past about the squared snowflake hands against the rounded indices of the BB58. If the BB58 hands were Mercedes hands, that might scratch the Rolex itch a little too well and actually keep people who initially buy Tudor from moving into Rolex eventually.
Half the comments are "for people who can't get/afford a Daytona" . Wrong. I love this watch on its own merit and I don't want a daytona. I like to wear my watches and waaering a Daytona is just too risky. Same reason why I sold my 5711/1A Nautilus and bought the 4500V Overseas instead. This watch is a fantastic casual wear that really stands out and is different - in a good way.
AD told me you can’t even buy one on order because Breitling does want to supply the movement. I bought a unworn chrono reverse panda there, they had one
@@checkmateprotectionandsecu3055 interesting, I also heard this from an AD (when they saw I was wearing the reverse panda) but I cannot find any information to confirm that
Great video as always.. thank you for the history on this watch.. would love to hear your thoughts maybe in a video one day the psychology on the term ‘limited edition’.. Does this term suck us into buying a watch labeled ‘limited edition’ making us feel special? only to see the ‘limited edition’ watch never limited.. Is this term overplayed in the watch industry playing on our emotions for all the wrong reasons?.. keep the great content rolling on..
I picked up the steel and gold at Bucherer on Madison Ave in NYC in October. It is the pride of my modest collection, which is rounded out with pieces by Rolex, IWC, Oris and Seiko. The S&G Chrono is the big dog.
I had a panda one for about 6 months. I’m on good terms with my Tudor/Rolex AD so I acquired the first one they got. My only issue with it (and the BB GMT I also previously owned) was the thickness. I’ve got a 6.5” wrist and it sits a little proud on top of its thickness. Ended up selling it and a Dark Side of the Moon onto buy a grey market new 321 Ed White. I loved and still love the way the It looks, I just wish it was less bulky…also, the faux rivets get on my nerves.
I own this watch. I was fortunate enough to obtain it from my authorized dealer, after a short wait, this past summer. Enjoyed it for three months, and then was using the chronograph function one morning, and both pushers stopped responding. Broken. Back to the authorized dealer it went, for warranty service. I got it back in December and it has been fine ever since. In fact it keeps better time ( +1 second per day) the it did when it was new (+3-4/day). So they must’ve regulated something while it was there. Honestly, while I tested the pushers when I picked it back up, I’m not trying them again. Don’t trust the movement. But I’d like the looks of the watch so I’ll keep it.
I hear ya, but don’t let it get in the way of enjoying it. It could just have been a glitch with that particular movement. I’m sure they saw what went wrong and took care of it. It’s basically a Breitling B01, which is known for being pretty bulletproof.
Crazy story Scott and thank you for sharing! I don't know what I'd do if a watch movement failed on me like that (especially brand new) Mad. I've been hearing so many of these stories too from owners in the past both movement related and scratching / finishing issues. Thanks again for these details Scott, it's one of those things that you never hope will happen to you. Scary 🥃
@@Angry_Gnome I'd be interested in knowing if Breitlings with the B01 have experienced issues lately? Need to discuss the brand this year (that Top Time Zorro / Bow Tie was almost in the basket the other day... I had to refrain 😆)
@@ID-Guy Yeah I’d be curious to know too. I’ve been loving the new Chronomat 42 lately. I’m having the same temptation issue 😂. I’d love to see your take on the brand and their design direction.
I tried on the Panda 🐼 Baytona and was disappointed with the lack of contrast between the white indicies and the white dial. I was hoping Tudor would have done the markers like the Polar Explorer-a black ring around the plots for better legibility. Happy New Year IDGuy!
The white dial deserved a "Polar" Rolex GMT effect on the hands and plots to get them to stand exactly right! It was cheaper just to package the same batons and hands on a white dial 😉 If this is the first time I've said hi, I hope you had a brilliant new year brother! 🥃
I actually prefer the current look as opposed to your redesign (that’s a first!). However if I would change anything on this watch without getting too far away from what it’s trying to do, would be to maybe just make the snowflake hand smaller by a touch. The snowflake hand is the main thing I dislike about it. Second is I really do prefer the three-sub-dial design to a two sub-dial. Maybe add a third sub-dial at the bottom to show the date. I don’t use my chrono function often, or longer than a few minutes, but I would probably prefer 60min dial to the current 45min dial…
Those Accutron pieces do look amazing... so futuristic. Like if Designers in the 1950's were to envision the 2030's, y'know? Great idea and thank you Rohan! 🥃
@@ID-Guy Right?? Very futuristic; they've got this "concept car" vibe going on. Those 'turbines' on the dial look otherworldly. Super glad you're considering this! Thanks a million :D
I own the original BB Chrono with the steel bezel but I think the new Panda dial and change to ceramic is more modern and more vintage at the same time. .. please have a look at the new Heuer Autavia Chrono..I am very curious to hear your thoughts. Cheers.
Love the OG steel bezel model Mark AND I was just about to present something on the Carrera! Discussing the Autavia as a part of the package has to be done now... love them (because I almost bought one 😆) Brilliant call! I'm going to add this to the list 🥃
Great video as always, maybe one of my favourites. I absolutely agree with almost every word you say. I personally would split the watch in two different models: one with typical BB bezel and hands to keep it under the BB collection and one with tachymeter bezel and straight hands for a more proper racing model with No BB name. I’d like to know your thoughts on this if possible, thank you!
Interesting comments IDGuy. The Chronograph looks brilliant although I've yet to see one in the flesh. The style with the monochrome dial just works perfectly ..... doesn't it? Not quite, as much as I love the snowflake hands on the BB family having the snowflake hour hand is form over function on a chronograph. At points during the day you will be unable to read the minute sub dial accurately for two reasons. The snowflake will obscure parts of the dial and secondly being a 45 minute counter you would need to retune the grey matter lurking between the ears to guess the elapsed minutes as we are more used to 30 or 60 minute counters. I assume that the reworked dial render lost the snowflake partly for that reason and yes it would loose some of the character. For an easy to read chronograph I'll stick with the Longines Bigeye that you have on the wrist, now that watch really does have character and is also not easy to get at times.
Well said Anthony (and that's exactly why I removed the hand - also just to callback more to the 6263 a bit more) As great as the watch is, the whole BB Chrono line has never had the "character" I'd want out of a chronograph (maybe that's just me) But you're right about the BigEye as a contrast 😉 Hope you're well as always sir!
Why WOULDN'T you want the highest degree of water resistance possible on every single watch? Nowadays, there's zero excuse for ANY watch to have less than 100m water resistance.
What are your thoughts on tudor naming their watches? Big bro has the daytona, datejust, submariner, etc on the dial... only dial named piece tudor has is the pelagos (that I know of). Or in a "keep fun" fashion tudor print nicknames on the dials after polling the the watch collector community with possible pieces / changes they're planning to release.
Such a mixed bag with their naming... I think the only others off the top of my head is the "Ranger" and the "GMT" but otherwise they're nameless on their dials. Not a bad theory that the audience has their say and Tudor only adds the names later. I've never thought about this. Maybe it's because that "Black Bay" now covers like 75% (maybe more) of their product line and they don't feel the need to name them? Must say, I've never been a big fan of the names they use on their modern pieces (even Pelagos doesn't sound "exciting" y'know?) and Black Bay belongs with Pirate ship motifs 😆
40mm, 100m of wr and much thinner. Deal. Take my money. Honestly if Tudor did this with the chrono, released a new ranger in 38-39mm exactly as you previously suggested, a 40mm pelagos and lastly a BB58 GMT i would have to become a Tudor collector 😂 love my BB58 Blue
I like the redesign. I think Tudor should be adding a line of text with Black Bay on all their BB models and make that red on this chrono. The Pelagos and Advisor get theirs already.
Great video and history, always a pleasure watching your videos. Can you please explain why a 45 minute chrono? No 12 hour dial? I love divers because of the bezel, excellent for timing events like cooking :) I would use the chrono function for timing cooking, meetings, fasting, etc. So why a 45 minute chrono? If you could shed some light I would appreciate it. I really love the look of the this watch but its functionality seems limited. Thanks!
The bubble window is just a dust collector. To fix the heritage chrono, they just needed to put a grand date at the 6 o’clock to give the same effect of the bubble window without the awkwardness of having one. The new chrono panda in white looks great but needs the outside of the hour and minute hands to be black to fox the contrast issues in certain light for legibility of the time. Especially for those that have some colorblindness. How some watches are still on the market with a lack of contrast of hands to dial still baffles me, as a watch really only has one job and fails that job miserably! 😢
I totally agree with ur suggested changes, although the snowflake hands would still be ok. But the fact that they didn’t invert the date window colors really confuses me, it’s clearly better they way you changed it.
A modern re-imagining of the vintage Tudor orange/blue chrono would be cool to see, but I might be in the minority in this case. As nice as the recently released BB Chrono is, a splash of color could really make this model stand out from the rest of the pack. I dunno about you but I dig late '60s/early '70s era watch designs with all their quirks and color combos 😀.
Being able to own a vintage Big Block / Monte Carlo Tudor would be a dream. I'm also a huge fan (especially of that Navy number) The chose colours so well back then for these models... I wonder what these BB chronos would look like after the same colours and highlights were used? 😉
Love the steel bezel model and that simplicity it offers (also amazing bang per buck today) Way more rugged. Something about that JPS Steel and Gold model had me when they released it. Experiencing that in person was a blast a few years back 🥃
Another great video! You touched on the narrative behind this watch and what it’s trying to be. This unanswerable question and the resulting design (a playful mashup of genres, at best, and a rudderless copy/paste job, at worst) have kept my interest in this chrono at bay. If we, as watch enthusiasts, recognize this muddying of the waters because we know the backstory of these designs, I wonder if someone with less than a passing interest in watches will also sense it. If knowledge skews our bias toward the original heritage designs that inspired this watch, could we be missing out on appreciating the BB Chrono on it’s own terms?
On the wait list for the panda dial. Crazy thing is my AD got me an allocation for a Rolex Submariner 124060 and Tudor Pelagos FXD last year before this! Been talking to my AD recently and i reckon they’ll get me a Pepsi GMT or Daytona Rose Gold Oysterflex before this.
Thank you for the interesting video. One question that I have is a simple one, what design elements make this Tudor watch "better" than Breitling Premier Chronograph and TAG Heuer Autavia Flyback Chronograph? Looks like the reviewers spend much more time discussing Tudor, than talking about Breitling Premier or Autavia Flyback. It seems a bit odd, doesn't it? To my untrained eye, Autavia looks more interesting and more complex (Flyback), which is why I have it :) Cheers!.
There's no mistaking the fact that it's a diving chronograph. That's how I look at it anyway. The Omega Seamaster 300 chrono has been doing this for a long time. There is no mistaking the Omega's intent. p.s. I bought one of you t-shirts, still waiting for it, damnit! lol
Design language, price tag, influencer buy-in and what's happening with the watch market these days, specially Rolex, are all factors to the success of this timepiece and the Black Bay line in general. I have yet to see one in the metal and honestly, I'm not really that interested. Perhaps my interest will peak with a future iteration. Great video!
If I really wanted to create some chaos, I’d keep the design of the BB chronograph and add a flieger triangle at the 12 o’clock position for the ultimate identity crisis watch.
What always kept me from buying a Speedy? Missing Water Résistance, since I go under the shower or snorkeling more often, than I am on the moon or in Daytona. So, it is an alltound Sports Watch in perfection. Imho. 👋🏻
Let's be honest nobody buys a Daytona to time things . It's much easier to use a digital stopwatch or casio etc, to time things accurately. The snowflake hands are a must with a tudor, as it's part of their DNA. Same with dive watches , nobody's diving with a submariner, just nice to know we can jump in a pool on holiday and not worry about water ruining the watch. We buy these watches because they look so dam cool, and that's it really. We could make do with a seckonda or rotary , but we pay more for the quality and durability of the materials used, because we all enjoy that something special. Same with cars or anything else. They are just boys toys , but boy do we love them. It's the attention to details that we love , we are all different in what suits us best, but in the end , it's all about glancing down on your wrist and that warm fuzzy smile you get, when you know you've bought the right watch for you.
The *last* thing you want a chronograph to be is *not* water proof. Most of them are damageable even with a small splash of water. The reason why the water marking is there is to remind you that this is a safe watch to wear in water (e.g. training tennis while there is loads of water pouring down). You *need* this capability in a chronograph. Simple as!
I want to dislike it so I don't have to buy it, but I really REALLY like it... to make matters worse I collect exclusively matte dials and I don't have a chrono yet...... aaaarghhhh

Hey! Your content keeps getting better and better. Thank you for all your hard work. I so thoroughly enjoy your videos. I'm also grateful for all I've learned from your videos. In short, you ROCK!
Considering the Breitling movement, the design of this Tudor and the price compared to the Daytona, it's clear that the Daytona is massively overpriced even at retail.
and you cant even get it
Biff, Chad, Palmer and Muffy all have Daytonas.
Give me a flavor and texture bomb that reduces my verbiage to spontaneous expletives.
true.
I like your unique perspective and style of delivery
Congrats to your new set up, good looks matching a great voice.
I love this presenter guy. With those soothing tones he could present Jazz Club 🥰
I have the Panda version three days now, I love this thing but it can be a little hard to read when its dusk.
It doesn’t need to pay tribute to any other watch it has its own identity a great watch
Another excellent analysis. Just bought the reverse panda and couldn’t be happier other than I couldn’t get the bracelet version.
I appreciate that your wrist companion is a Longines Big Eye Chrono! That's the story mate ;-) Cheers!
Forgot to say how good the new video format is👍
The BB chrono is my usual daily wearer … and the reason for this is that it’s the most accurate mechanical watch I own (… and this across Tudor, Rolex & GO). I can set it - when wearing - and one week later it’s still within a second of the time. It’s a bit bizarre tbh: feels/sounds like an agricultural implement when winding but it then runs like a quartz watch …
Well done as always! Yes, those Tudor’s can’t be found here state side either. Just have to keep looking as I enjoy my Knob Creek. Cheers 🍻
Knob Creek: 50% ABV... That'll put hairs on the chest 😆 I gotta give it a try! Thanks a million as always, brother 🥃
Nice watch, double retail no way Jose.
Love your relaxed style, great set up now and so good to be able to see you.
The brackets rivets you didn’t mentions the rivets lol.
Or did you…
Either way, nice watch…
My favourite version of course it’s the S&G but they are hard to get plus not sure yet if should wait for April’s Watch Fair in Geneve … probably in my own opinion there will be newer Tudor versions not sure but …
And maybe these could go up or maybe going down in price as the BB Heritage Burgundy “older” versions did some went down ( the ones I’ve bought) but the older version with ETA version is the most desirable and collectible as you guys all know 😊
What’s your opinion/thoughts?
Have a great Easter 🐣 Sunday watch ⌚️ nerds 😅
I have the reverse Panda. For me, the 200m rating makes it an every day watch that I can wear and not worry about.
I would love to see them bring back the Tiger version with the subdials at 6,9 and 12. I think that looks so good!
I just want this guy to sit next to me, poor wine and tell me things about watches between the hours of 1-4pm each Sunday.
Tudor is overdelivering consistently. Great brand, such a good direction they go again
I don't think the bad guys are running around looking for specific brands, if you appear to be nicely attired & out & about be prepared..
I’ve been on a waitlist for the panda since last October, I don’t mind waiting. I’m also tempted to get the new Pelagos FXD
I have heard that Breitling is no longer supplying the B01 to Tudor but cannot confirm that anywhere. Has anyone else heard similar?
AD told me you can’t even buy one on order because Breitling does want to supply the movement. I bought a unworn chrono reverse panda there, they had one
@@checkmateprotectionandsecu3055 interesting, I also heard this from an AD (when they saw I was wearing the reverse panda) but I cannot find any information to confirm that
Totally untrue
Great video as always.. thank you for the history on this watch.. would love to hear your thoughts maybe in a video one day the psychology on the term ‘limited edition’.. Does this term suck us into buying a watch labeled ‘limited edition’ making us feel special? only to see the ‘limited edition’ watch never limited.. Is this term overplayed in the watch industry playing on our emotions for all the wrong reasons?.. keep the great content rolling on..
So what's your favorite between the Longines Bigeye or the Tudor ❓
Great choice. It sounds like you've upgraded with the Omega
Can you use chronograph function while diving? Does water get in?
Great video
Scary 🥃
@N A Insanity. And to think of the prices you're paying for them (plus the wait time) Been hearing way too many stories all linked to Black Bays...
I have the Panda, my only gripe is it can be hard to read when its dark.
I picked up the 🐼 and it's an amazing watch. Highly recommend!
Great video as always!
Could you make a design breakdown and share your thoughts on the Accutron Spaceview 2020? Cheers
I love the date function!!! And symmetry
what about the tudor fastrider blackshield?
Is that a Blancpain leman you are wearing in this video?
I absolutely love it. Can’t find it for retail price so not buying any time soon but absolutely would at retail. Great points though!
That steel bezel version is nice! I am not temped to go for that instead of the reverse panda (aluminum bezel)
I’ve just purchased the S&G model with the black dial and it looks stunning IMO, a lot of watch for £6k
Why WOULDN'T you want the highest degree of water resistance possible on every single watch? Nowadays, there's zero excuse for ANY watch to have less than 100m water resistance.
It should be a standard today you're right. Would make for a great discussion around "Why aren't all watches waterproof today" 🥃
🤣
Could look nice I guess, might be a little busy looking though.
Tudor have done a great job 👍
Great video and history, always a pleasure watching your videos. Can you please explain why a 45 minute chrono? No 12 hour dial? I love divers because of the bezel, excellent for timing events like cooking :) I would use the chrono function for timing cooking, meetings, fasting, etc. So why a 45 minute chrono? If you could shed some light I would appreciate it. I really love the look of the this watch but its functionality seems limited. Thanks!
Your rendering is better indeed.
I think the cyclops is absent because if you can't read the date, how are you going to read the sub-dials?
I totally agree with ur suggested changes, although the snowflake hands would still be ok. But the fact that they didn’t invert the date window colors really confuses me, it’s clearly better they way you changed it.
Simple answer is it's a bloody good watch! 👌🏴
I like how everyone leaves out the other 3 models in this line when making video screen shots and reviews. The steel model is gorgeous in person.
Love the steel bezel model and that simplicity it offers (also amazing bang per buck today) Way more rugged. Something about that JPS Steel and Gold model had me when they released it. Experiencing that in person was a blast a few years back 🥃
Long wait list in Australia and some are selling for 300-500 more than RRP worn
The Voice of watches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Epic vid...
As good as ever!
Its been a interesting journey to this point. I never would’ve imagined that tudor could capture my attention the way they have. Cheers !
ps. Love ya ideas. maybe it will work just like with the Bruce photoshops.
Thank you brother 😉 I need to do more of these "popular watch" edits in the future, they're always such fun!
What always kept me from buying a Speedy? Missing Water Résistance, since I go under the shower or snorkeling more often, than I am on the moon or in Daytona. So, it is an alltound Sports Watch in perfection. Imho. 👋🏻
Not sure if it was your intention, but I think you may have just talked me out of getting one of these (was looking at the Panda version)
For me, the big shortcoming of this watch is the lack of an hour register. You can't track anything over 45 minutes. That's terrible.
I heard you have to buy a Daytona to be able to get the BB Chrono 😀
😂😂😂😂😂👍
🔥😍🔥
It's the attention to details that we love , we are all different in what suits us best, but in the end , it's all about glancing down on your wrist and that warm fuzzy smile you get, when you know you've bought the right watch for you.
was planning to buy a watch this year and i had to chose between Zenith and Tudor, went to my AD and got me a Zenith Chronograph and i love it.
Simple as!
just got mine today in white... now 2 year wait
Personally i prefer the Heritage crono range
Heritage Chrono in Grey or Blue, count me in any day of the week 🥃
@@ID-Guy can I add exerlent reviews / content .the North flag review was part of my reason to get one .

yes it is him.thanks for watching silver spoons
Is it a Chronograph or a diver’s watch? Let’s meet halfway and call it a speedboat racer’s watch, or perhaps a more life-proof Chronograph.
Nicely said Chi-Town 😉 It's a strange beast with feet in all the categories. Hope you have a great jump on the weekend, brother 🥃
I want to dislike it so I don't have to buy it, but I really REALLY like it... to make matters worse I collect exclusively matte dials and I don't have a chrono yet...... aaaarghhhh
