艾草姜蛋汤 || Mugwort with egg and ginger soup

- Follow my steps and you will cook a very smooth and fragrant soup
This soup can relief bloating and very good to women before and after period specially who’s always have menstrual pain.
Mugwort 100g
4 eggs
Ginger small thumbs size
A pinch of salt
Preparing
The mugwort only use leaves , wash like rubbing and squeeze to remove the bitter taste repeat 2-3 times
Beat 4eggs with a pinch of salt
Method
Toasted the mugwort into the wok without any oil and water , toasted around 2-3mins until the mugwort become soft ( I do this step is coz remove the bitter taste ) set aside.
Add cooking oil and beaten eggs following with mugwort,cook until light golden brown with both side then add in hot water and boil for 30 minutes with medium heat add some salt to taste . Serve with hot

她把苦涩的藥味都浪費了!我每次只把艾葉簡單洗幹淨,然後把它和生姜一起切碎搗碎,就直接煎蛋,然後加甜的糯米酒,再加点小量的水,這樣吃一點都不苦涩,這樣更是祛風祛寒,又好吃。如果你沒有甜酒,即使不加甜酒也不會苦的,因為有鸡蛋加进去了,最重要別浪費艾藥味。
