I'm a bit disgusted that this person cut all the ingredients on the red cutting board. Red is for meat, green veg, yellow poultry, blue fish... It's a pretty standard color coding to not have cross contamination.
If you look at 0:59 they are cutting veggies and look at the bottom right hand side of the cutting board (of the video) and you can see black marks and worn out edges.
At 3:12 you can see that these black marks and worn edges are not there while he is prepping the chicken, and there is a stack of cutting boards, all of the same colour to the back of the worktop. Pretty sure they're not cross contaminating anything here, they just bought the same cutting board in bulk for whatever reason. What's considered normal practice in the west sometimes does not exist in other places, please be a little more open minded.
Hang on... Rinsing chicken? What's next, rinsing eggs? I thought your food safety laws meant you didn't have to do that kind of thing.
