My mind is blown after watching the tomatoes be washed!!!! I’ve never realized that’s what you have to do to remove the juicy bits
Don't do this if you want to lose flavor. It's blasphemy. Just draining the tomatoes by themselves is fine.
@@TheNunakun I don't know if that's true. At several restaurants I've worked at, when we've made pico or bruschetta or anything that needed diced tomatoes, we would scrape out the juicy flesh and the seeds with a spoon and then dice it for use. It tastes exactly how the center tastes, but just not with all the juice and seeds, which make everything messy and sloppy. I personally don't mind the juice though and can eat a tomato like an apple.

Tomato seeds hav health benefits so adding whole of tomato would do good but then again people r picky even with unhealthy fast food..its a lose-lose situation at the end of the day i guess 😌😔
You also loose the aroma of the tomato. For a good Bruchetta, this is a sin.

At least they removed the pizza with most of the oil still in the pan. Plus pizza dough already has quite a bit of oil in it when it's made

1. Why are you washing away that tomatoe juices away?
2. Why are you adding gallons of oil onto the pizza? Is this deep fried pizza?

Guys, maybe y’all non italian doesn’t know that our oil is a deep green extra virgin oil. The liquid he puts in the pan is a solution of 80% water, 20% oil adding salt, in that mode pizza can remain soft and doesn’t burn.
If you’re not from italy, please don’t try to teach us how to make pizza 😂😂

The juice & seeds of the tomato are a bit sour. A lot of people remove them when making tomato sauce for pizza

this is what they do with a lot of tomato-based side dishes in greek culture and mexican culture. Even with halal carts in city areas, you'll see them do it this way with tomatoes. Not a lot of people like to eat the seeds or other stuff inside when the tomatoes are cut that small.
