    Read the story of Rose Blumkin in the "Snowball" and honestly, it was better than the entire book on the grandmaster himself. She had such a great story....truly inspirational.

    They sing "God bless America" - wow that's the only true measure of patriotism, like the flag-waving type.

      Mrs. B immigrated to America in 1917, and she lived there during the holocaust. I think "God bless America" would mean something else to someone who went through such an experience.
