For some reason I got an idea that what if one of their siblings had actually grown up to be germaphobic as well and Atsumu was the one who always took care of them. He was the only one who that was freely allowed to touch the younger sibling. The others could but only if the sibling was aware of it. But it is also because of this sibling Atsumu got into a habit of always keeping stuff clean and acting a bit like he was also germaphobic. Always carrying stuff needed for cleaning and extra masks around with him.
No because protective big brother Atsumu who takes care of his family has a special place in my heart😭❤❤ Also I love the idea of omi in the background completely lost but still going, " woo yeah baby you tell her, woo" with no fucking clue what he's cheering for😭🤣🤣 he just wants to be supportive and its adorable

Is it weird that I’m strangely offend at the kids names as a japanese person myself. Like our names aren’t made up of completely random letters. My names Hana, and there are names like Tsukihi (legit translates to moon fire) Mistuki or Ayaka so pls if ur ever doing something like this come up w a better name…
