I insist: we are in front of an awesome voice and talent. Let’s avoid comparisons. She is not the next Sills or Callas. She is the “ next” Lehnea and that sounds pretty good to me. On the threshold of a major career. Best of luck to her.
beautiful ❤️❤️ I saw the show twice...this must be the one I missed. Those front seats had people in them when I was there. Thanku for posting so I can share with friends.
Beautiful. Perhaps a little more play dynamics but over this rocks! I'd say she reminds me more of Marisa Galvany. As said she shouldn't be compared to anyone, she unique! Brilliant
Great, great, great. You better go girl, because after certain big effort you will get what you want. Are you considering yourself as a dramatic coloratura or lyric soprano with high extension?
🥰🥰🥰 I’m certainly working towards making my dreams a reality. I call myself a soprano so that I can perform a bit of everything when it feels right to do so. I love the repertoire from both fachs too much to choose.
@chelsealehneasoprano well, I don't think that in one day you will do Elektra and on another Esclarmonde. But it's for you to choose, anyway. Did you develop your low extension, anyway? Anything lower than G?
@@Thearchivebeyondimagination Days, no. Weeks or months in between…nothing is impossible. As an artist, I don’t like to limit myself when so much music is there to be made. I keep my wits about me, and choose the repertoire that is appropriate for my instrument at that time. Of the two, I prefer Esclarmonde as the extremes are such fun. The lowest I sing publicly is A4, but I often warm down to G just to keep me flexible. 😊

Absolutely stunning! Maria, Joan and Virginia must be blessing you from heaven!

Wrong on all accounts. This is Chelsea Lehnea, and this is what she sounds like. She is a first rate version of herself. I’d love to hear her live ❤

@@LaDivinaLover perhaps you misunderstood. I’m saying she doesn’t need to be compared to anyone. She is a great singer in her own right.
Complete serve. So proud of you 💖

It may be a dress rehearsal recording. There's a man moving in the middle of the seats.
This was our invited dress rehearsal on June 5th, so there were about 100ish people in the audience.
Thanks so much for coming to see us twice! 😊💕

For me, joan sutherland is the standard lucia but your version is also beautiful 😊
