Targets and nontargets would be a good vid. Like I see some cards that say their unaffected by card affects but then they get affected

I’m a newbie to yugioh I do need to ask if anyone can help us, what does it actually mean can’t be affected by card effects mean, does this card still get destroyed by spell or trap cards or just effect monster can’t do anything ?

Can I make a deck without reading all the cards in the game? For example, do I need to read them all to find good cards for my deck?

Watch profiles online, copy it and test, watching duals helps but reading is mainly the crux of the game you'll learn more naturally as you play

but I stuck build a 40 cards deck or 20 card deck (duel links) to play game. So I don't know how can I build a deck for test. Because I don't know how to find them myself. where I can do my research for put cards I can use and test?

this is where you can build a demo deck for TCG build.
Search Dual avatar deck profile in RUclips and copy a list card for card will be the best way to test and watch duels to see how people play it while also ready the cards you play to know what they do and why they are used.
