4:00 I did something similar to that when I tried to kill an enemy mercenary who was like ten levels above me because I was to impatient to wait until I leveled up before getting the Golden Fleece. It worked for a while but then I got 1HKO’ed so I used my ship for cover while shooting her with my bow instead.
For the first four or so hours I just instigated the battles for each side to take control of a certain territory just so I could have the excuse to kill people on both sides
