Nope, the 600 and 200 packs seemed to be the same quality and majority of the 600 colors matched the 200 colored bands. I would recommend the 600 packs since its a better deal

If i lived in the usa.
I'm from Belgium so i pay shipping costs + extra takxes before i get it from the mailman.
