You don't see too many Cornwell toolbox tours but you have a nice box with a killer colour. A side locker would look nice on it
CanadianCharlie64 thank you! The side lockers are not out yet for this box but when they come out I’ll pick one up.
Cornwell boxes are so underrated
I agree.
Very sweet, thanks!! I added a few of the tools here to my everyday list
Nice, nice box and tour!
Love that color combo!
Nice tour. You have a lot of great tools. I have the same platinum box but without the top hutch, I love it!
Rain City Wrench thank you!
Working with my cornwell guy right now to get me one of these 84" boxes hopefully I'll have it in a couple of weeks snap on quoted me 10 grand more for the same size box I cant wait until I get my platinum series box in, awesome tour man and a very nice box
Let's admit it guys! Cornwell has a cool logo!
Awesome tool box and tool's brother love it
Wayne Shanks thank you!
Very nice box, great color scheme too!
Bully Heavy Duty thank you!
Very cool tour. Very organized shop, the way I like it too. Take care.
learningfromthebest now thank you!
Beautiful box really like the hutch its like they actually thought about tall people other brands don't care if your over 6ft
Nice box bro. I remember seeing your other toolbox tour when you had those what 5 🤔 service carts.
Just a little upgrade
Thats nice hutch/toolbox hopefully one day I get to have one of those.
I’m sure you will. Thank you for watching!
Great box! Was deciding between that and a snap on, surprisingly snap on made the best deal so I got the snap on just a few weeks ago!
Congrats on the new box👍
Gorgeous Box .👍👍
Thank you!
Very Very Nice!! Cornwell 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Truck Mechanic thank you!
very nice tool box brian
Thank you!
Very nice tool box
Boham Kobi thank you!
I was JUST talking my my NEW Cornwell rep.. ( been since 2015 since i seen a Cornwell truck). They now have a 76 inch box.... and ONLY 5 colors............LOL 17- 20 colors...but HEY mistakes happen
This is fantastic!!! Four,
Your tool box is stone cold
That extended anvil Milwaukee impact looks pretty nice. You wouldn't have to use the extension when using flip sockets with that set-up.
It's nice for lug nuts, but the torque loss is always there
How about soft close drawers?
I want the same tool box, mine would just have 3 cornwell master tool set, they would just sit in the hutch area , lol.
Very nice set up , That new box is awesome.i was wondering if that Milwaukee 3/8 stubby has enough power for bolt in wheel bearings, turod ends, in
Yes it does. Not a problem for her. Regards.
David Bodkins about in that Application it will do about 90% of the bolts. Every now and then your run across one that it will take out. The Mid Torque is a better choice for those type of jobs.
Any issues with the box? I’m actually getting a Cornwell rep soon. First one I’ve seen I decades.
They are trash. Latches are metal and it wears super fast on my 3rd set of slides in just over a year.
Sold in white?
I spotted the nps19 survival kit😉
Flat Rate Master looking forward to NPS20!
Can you do a workshop tour video?
I don’t know if the rest of the guys in the shop want their stuff on display so I chose not to do that.
I hear you :-) its all good ;-)
I've got same Cornwell Platinum tool box in Black. I would have to disagree about the drawer latch release system. My drawer get stuck on one side a lot. They didn't make the release bar stiff enough. I also think the power drawer is too deep should be just deep enough to fit a battery on a charger. Also there should be a least one more of the deeper 3" or so drawer. Even though this box is loger than my old Mac 1350 the top drawer is shorter at minimum the top drawer should be full length if not two drawers.
It's a tool thing maybe you have some defective drawers. I’ve never had a problem with any of mine. The only we going to get the perfect box is to designed ourselves. Who knows maybe one day that will be a option👍
How well would those Milwaukee die grinders work for a body shop? Would they be strong enough to strip paint an such?
Nick Priest They would definitely work well in that situation. They have bigger battery packs so you can go for a longer period of time. They also have a straight version coming out next month.
This the grinder in action ruclips.net/video/zPWgn8eCm6c/видео.html
Hey thanks man idk how I missed that video! Looks like it would be pretty useful in a body shop.
Nice. I was wondering if the Milwaukee grinders would be strong enough to be in a bodyshop.
carey gale I’ve heard they get to hot from some folks. so if it’s light use I think it’ll be ok but I don’t think it’ll replace a good 1/2 hp die grinder.
I'll take all the extra tools off your hands. 😀
So you spent Snap-on pricing a very cheap looking box! Is the hutch bolted on with self tapping screws into the stainless steel top with L brackets!?? And why does that hutch look exactly like the Extreme Tools hutch for almost a1/4 of the price listed on the Cornwell website!?! I hope you didnt pay $18k on this box!!! It looks worth at most $7k but only for being 84” long! For $14k you could have gotten a Span-on Epiq 68inch with a 30inch locker end and hutch! And have SNAP-op quality! Also choose your own trim and color (those colors are available! Im no means a snap-on fan boy, I own an Icon! Im only basing it on pricing
Snap on hutch is bolted the same way
