I think he can't because of copyright infringement. Posting whole episodes of shows without consent can be illegal depending on the network. NBC usually has problems with it. This is why we can't just stream any TV show off of youtube. On that note, I think small clips are allowed. They are really just a "sample" of the show, and if anything is suppose to give bits and bites of shows to interest the audience. Thanks to lalarikyu for posting these videos.
