Overflow is too small. This is the reason why the regulations keep changing on overflows on rainhead designs. And also need to seal under boxgutter perimeter to stop water from entering incase on blockage. Great work manship though.
Thats a neat design , what about using a screen on top to catch the leaves?
You could but that one is not designed for it. If you do that buy one that slopes away at the front slightly so the leaves fall off

The double brick wall means the cavity stops water going back inside.
