Stopping the fire halfway through may not seem the smartest thing to do, but it is a surefire way to do it.

丸いフィルターを作って一枚粉の上に挟むとさらにいい味とクレマが出ますよ。粉の上下に二枚もありです。既定の水を入れれば吹きこぼれることはありません。ただしこのマキネッタはエスプレッソにはなりません。カプチーノにして飲むのが美味しいですね。
