    Great vid. I would panic while swimming but now I just focus on the rhythm inhale exhale inhale exhale. That really keeps me calm now and Im able to swim for a much longer duration. Thank you.

    I was swimming open water beach to beach in Majorca today. Wind was onshore and every time I turned to it i got a mouth full of water.
    Its not funny how much water you can take on when that happens.
