Most people use LS because they are reliable easy to work and modify with plentiful aftermarket support
@@Jimmyxsx the thing is the a sbf is more reliable, easier to work on and easier to modify with more aftermarket support than an ls. The one and only reason idiots choose ls engines is because thats all they can afford.
@@Andrew_460 no is not, LS block is stronger, and parts are readily available. Right out of the box the LS is superior. An LS3 has 430Hp in stock form, no SBF in stock form comes even close to those numbers lol
@@Jimmyxsx yes it is lol. A stock 351 block will hold over 1500hp. An ls wont. not even close. And you can buy a 500hp sbf crate engine directly from Ford so youre wrong on that to haha. No matter which way you look at it no matter how you try and spin it the sbf always has been and always will be better than an ls in every single way. I dont know how gm managed to screw up the ls engine so bad. They copied the Ford 351. You can bolt Ford 351 heads directly onto a ls. Even when gm copies Ford they still cant get it right hahahahahaha.
@@Andrew_460 😂😂 1500hp in your dreams, everyone knows the SBF 351 blocks split after 800hp lol
The LS blocks are stronger, LS9 can handle 1500hp no problem, and it does it with the stock pistons and rods. Show me a 351 that can handle that kind of power on stock rods and pistons😂💪
