I was dealing with postpartum depression for so long that I lost myself. I use to watch your videos when I was in shape. I started watching them again and I feel extremely motivated. I love that you are trying new things! Working out is not new to me, but it feels like it from how long it’s been that I’ve done it. Like you said in the video, “ONE STEP AT A TIME”!!!
I can relate to this. I used to watch Chris's videos back in like 2012-2013 and I got into callisthenics back then, there were very few women doing it at least on YT and I was always unsure what was possible for a woman to do because it seemed like a men's sport. I went through some really bad years, completely stopped working out, my health deteriorated a lot. I got back to it recently and now I'm in my 40s I actually have way fewer doubts about what I can do. I had to start from zero but I love it. One step at a time for sure. I hope you enjoy getting back into it!

Hey Chris, I just want to thank you for being such a role model to me for keeping fit. Literally a year ago, I was living an inactive lifestyle and honestly couldn't even do 1 pull-up. Right now, I'm able to hold a handstand for 5 seconds and progressing towards learning how to do a full-planche. It's really seeing the progress with my own eyes that makes me want to keep working harder to achieve what others might think impossible. Cirque du Soleil is literally a life-changing type of performance. If you watch a Cirque du Soleil show and you aren't absolutely awestruck... you aren't human.
Chris, the fact that you did not edit out the part when you got afraid of the height makes me respect you even more! Content creators on social media usually always wanna show themselves at their best, like they are perfect or something and edit their videos and pictures according to that. But you showed the world what the reality is, we all struggle with something, we all backtrack sometimes or fall on our asses. But we come back and fight. It is beautiful that you showed that. I am also afraid of heights, so can truly relate. I am an MMA fighter who had a lot of fights in the cage, and that never scares me but when I am so high up somewhere I get dizzy. Just like you I will defeat it one day as well. Thank you for inspiring!

dude Chris is a monster in his own right and seeing him throughout the video he was in genius kid comfort mode enjoying all these new things seeing them for the first time. that excitement and genuine love and appreciation for the endless possibilities of human achievement is heartwarming and real. having that attitude toward anything in life makes the journey really enjoyable. huge love
Of all the Cirque shows - KA at MGM is the best! There's all sorts of great videos as well that show their tryouts and how the process goes to even be selected to be a Cirque family member. It takes a LOT of work. Much respect to all the Cirque Du Soleil athletes and performers!
Big respect to you Chris. Your channel is full of videos showing things you can do and most people can't. That's pretty cool that you reversed that showing something you struggle with that a lot of people might not. Love it.
I had the opportunity to watch 4 or 5 shows already of Cirque du Soleil in Germany and it was always an unforgettable experience. The stage always fits perfectly into the theme and the story that they tell and the artists are just unbelievably good at what they're doing. Your feeling of being hyped after their show is always part of the show for me, too and when I was younger I even wanted to become an artist and work with them. What I also find very crazy is, that they have so many different shows. The last one that I saw was completly on ice for example and since I do know ice skating pretty well, it is even more impressive to see what they can do on ice. Much love from Germany and keep up the good content!
