On a few occasions during the final year of 37s on the Fort William sleeper I would get up at 4.30am to get a shot of them here or a ride up the WHL. I miss them big time. I've been back for 67s but its never the same.
Sorry for the late reply Ken, I don't have time to use YoutTube much as I've been busy writing two railway books the past few months! Thanks for the comments, I only went up there as it is pretty local for me and on the 20's intinerary that evening - I live around Broomhill/Partick. Nice catch and night time clip. 20s are welcome anywhere in my book! I visit Westerton most Tuesdays between 07.10 and 07.45 on my way to look after my baby grandson at my son's house over there and was amazed at the volume of traffic. Are you based over that side of Glasgow? Cheers, Ken
