Thank-you. Having emigrated in 1987 to New Zealand, this brings back many happy memories. I have walked, driven, and travelled by train many times to and from Fort William, Oban, and Mallaig.

Just started viewing - I love that line and first did it on the sleeper from Crewe with my Dad on a snowy day in February 1988. The return on a loco hauled service was truly wonderful in the snow and sunshine on the mid afternoon Fort William to Glasgow train - will never forget it. I’ve been on it many times since and hope to come up again next winter.
