This is a great idea! I think you could do a couple of things to improve it: 1. Get the bubbles out of the carbon foam. They reduce the surface area that is in contact with the electrolyte. Either you could put it in a vacuum chamber like you would with cast resin. Or you could fill the battery and use a rod to press and release the foam till you can't se any more bubbles. 2. Make the surface area of the other electrode larger by coiling the end into a tight spiral. Wrap it around something small and hard like a nail. It only needs about a milimeter between each layer for the electrolyte to circulate through. Again, make sure there are no bubbles between layers by tapping the electrode when it is submerged. The last layer of the spiral should be folded diagonally to make a 90 deg turn so that it can go up to the top of the container. I subscribed and I'll be looking out for more videos from you soon!

encore une super vidéo!
combien de cycles peut tenir cette batterie?
Very good although for a moment in the middle I thought we were going to have to call an ambulance.
Nice work......Did I miss the voltage reading?
Same.
Is your felt treated in any way for these experiments ?
No
Nice. How did you activate the carbon felt. Thanks for the video. Always good to watch.
I would love to have a battery meeting sometime with all the historic battery explorers Cayrex, Dan, RMS, Solarhope, Kev :P Might be fun
@@mukundsrinivas8426 That would make a great video!
How many g does this battery weigh?
awesome!
i was the 1000th viewer
🥳🥳🥳🎉 😉
