@1:1122:53 Funny to watch you position at the edges of the walls, just to drive viewers anxiety up. This game is hard as nails, satisfying to see it get its ass whomped by a TAS.
There were some arcade games that I found far too difficult, and I hated that. I couldn't even make it through the beginning levels in those games. Zaxxon was definitely one of those games. :P
This somehow rememebered me the existence of the game “Viewpoint”, from NeoGeo. Pretty good game but hard to beat. I was better at fighting games. Been looking at your videos for a long time. You got yourself a new sub. Keep the good work
In the early 80's my local arcade had a collection of studly gamers. You give us a game, we had someone who was good at it. There were a few exceptions. Gravitar, and Zaxxon come to mind. I'm glad to see this one done, as I'd always wondered what happened with the flags. I'm guessing it never goes past "GIVE UP!"?
As far as I know from wave 20 it display "GIVE UP" instead of flags, nothing else. In the 80's I was not good at Zaxxon but I was good at Gravitar. I did play until the score rollover to 0 after 999999. I want to TAS Gravitar but I cannot for now because of a problem with the save state with a few Atari games in MAME.

I have never seen someone play this game so well. Wow.
You know this is a TAS? It is not really me playing.

Thanks.

Super Zaxxon would be a cool game to use TAS on. It was much more difficult.
I started one, I just have to finish it...
@@Prog61 Take your time. I may have to try the TAS on a classic game one of these days if I can figure it out.
Sorry either Wii or playstation 3
I sucked at this game. I could never, ever get the angles right. I think I was safe then smack into a wall or force field
That's why you keep shooting at all times: if your shots pass safely through a gap, then so can you. (^_^)
@32:05 "GIVEUP!" no, i don't think i will.
I have this on Wii
