I just made this tonight! It looked so incredibly delicious! I’m always looking for new ways to make cauliflower. Although I love it… I’m getting tired of just roasting it in separate pieces. Well...This was so incredible. I’m going to pass this on to my friends. Also it makes a fabulous presentation! The cheese and the bread crumbs got crusty and mixed with the softness of the cauliflower and the sauce was delectable. This will be a family favorite!
