My daughter planned her death 4 months in advance. Could we found the print outs from what she'd be to buy to ingest? And her never got help for her suicidal thoughts. She just would talk to the therapist about her anxiety and her anger. And be it unhappy at our marriage. But she did plan it out. She waited for her brother to come back. To the states she waited for her father to come back for his Cruz. She called me 2 days before we had we spoke. She was incredibly sweet 4 months before her death at Christmas and I noticed her changing her character immediately but I was like well. She finally grew up and she was so peaceful. And that's why? Because she knew she had the stuff to end her life. And she just had to wait for the right moment. I should say the right hours because she locked herself in the guest room and was there for the entire day. And by the time her husband found her because he was working downstairs and thought she was sleeping. She had been dead for hours so I. We really don't even know when she died. We just thought she went peacefully. I would have answered I i don't know

I'm so sad to hear of the loss. Your description is so revealing of the thinking of many suicidal people. Some appear to have mde snap decisions. My personal belief is that most persons who died by suicide have considered their final act for quite a while prior to carrying it out.

We highly recommend EMDR for reoccurring disturbing images and thoughts. It can really help. It doesn't work for everyone but we have found it quite effective and usually in a few sessions. Everyone is different though and you need to find a good practitioner. Thanks for reaching out.
