I noticed in an older fire engineering video that you did on this same method, you did the waist strap conversion first before tightening the arm straps (since it displaces the pack upward from the hips if done earlier). This time it looks like you’re not doing a waist strap conversion at all, or at least not putting importance on doing it before the arm straps. I know techniques can change over time, so I was wondering what the reason was for that specific difference in this video. Thanks in advance if you’re able to reply.
