I would like to say that I enjoyed the fact that you used elements that are intrinsic to AE. Other tutorials often use 3rd party plugins which not everyone has access to or can afford. This was easy to follow and fun to build! Thanks and keep them coming!
Yeah I try to avoid using plugins as much as possible with the reasons you mention, because it can be discouraging if you find a interesting tutorial and you need a plugin wich you don't own. Thanks for the feedback!
Hello! I was just wondering if you actually know about any good 3rd party plugins, like 3D-animation, any dlc content with new sound effects etc.? And can you explain how to animate an effect, like make some kind of magic shield come out of your hand or something?
I was going to say the same thing!! That's so refreshing and awesome ESPECIALLY the alt + click / expression time*200 / most would just say use this plugin (that costs like $200+ and not explain how it's done)

hi, if u cannot select tracking points, go to view > show layer controls. If its still dont work, u need to be sure that u are on the 'Active camera' and not in 'Front' camera.

Dus een PreComp moet je maken als je zeker weet dat alles goed is...klopt dit?

Hello Force Visual, thanks for making a great tutorial. There was a lot to learnt in it. But I couldn't understood about the Camera Options specially the "Blur Level" and "Aperture". what does they actually do??? and Secondly If I want to animate like its coming from the some source from below or I say as something is being shown from the surface?? so I can try with masks or tell me some idea. Many thanks! :)
In the original example, your hologram had a reflection on the floor. Would you just copy the hologram, flip it and crank up the blur to make that, or is there some magic AE effect that can do it?
Hey, that's a nice tutorial, but in my opinion it lacks a few details for the beginners or the autodidacts who haven't learn all little tricks. Like could you explain how do you remodel the shape of the square using the quill?
I understand what you mean, i also stil need to learn a lot to show al the details on how to use certain tools and effects. I used the Rectangle Tool (next to the pen tool) and if you hold shift wen you click the center of your comp, you can drag out a box that stays in balanced square.

You can make a mask and set the mask path to be the audio spectrum, it gives you more control since it's all the control of a regular mask.
