The building where the flags used to be was a hotel in the sixties as we used to stop there and the section with the flat roof was the childrens play area, think the owners also had a hotel in Shaldon.

Hi Bill, that was a wet one, I wasn't far of the mark yesterday when I said you'd got your coat back in time. I hope that it kept the worst of the rain off. At least you will have a spare vac when you collect it from Newton Abbott. Robo falcon on the sea front, an attraction with a difference. See you tomorrow mate.
Unfortunately the coat was to far gone - You'll see that in today's video - But yes, I now have a second hoover! Not complaining though - The Shark is much better for 'proper' hovering of a floor - The Dyson much better for quick 'spot' cleanups 👍👍👍

Can't beat a bit of ol' steam....we have 24c autumns and clear blue skies...30c at weekend....south here the large ships are sailing above the houses as now 8 metres depth of flood water....

Battery powered things certainly do not last as long as corded but they are convenient at times. Dyson vacuums do not seem to last as long as some other brands.
If they are trying to improve water quality by scaring away the birds what are they doing about the fish. Could it be a distraction from something else.
It would be good to scare away the seagulls from people eating but I suspect the crows will catch on then the seagulls will follow.
The bits of metal that they are vibrating into the ground are called trench sheets. I wonder how deep they are digging for the new toilets when they get the planning permission.
Yes. nothing lasts like it used to these days, does it? Disposable society now... Thing is with the robo bird, that I stood net to it for literally 156 mins the other day, waiting for it to move - It didn't - So if it only activates once in a blue moon, I cant see how hats supposed to do much...

@BillsPhoneTeignmouth ah fantastic you seen it. Yep new trainbow for XC, they have to kinds of trains who has it 170618 but they don't go to you as they are not on your route i see them in newport

Not to be contrarian but I rather enjoy the rainy videos since it does not rain much where I live in Canada. I am probably fooling myself but it seems to me that the new phone has improved the colour of the videos or, alternatively you are editing the videos differently.
Fair play - I don't mind the rain when I have the clothing for it - Unfortunately as you'll hear tomorrow that coat has had its day... No different editing or colour grading from me - Its just the phone itself - Cheers Colin 👍👍👍
Hi Bill another entertaining video. Seeing the steam train along the sea wall reminded me of an old film from 1941 entitled The Ghost Train as some scenes were filmed along the Dawlish/Teignmouth sea walls . I did find RoboBird a bit random though 😂😂😂😂 can’t wait to see it in action. 🤣
