I asked God to show me what Holiness is. 2 weeks later I got a vision and understanding. I know what Holiness is now. Anyone can ask God and he will answer. You can read it but until Jesus gives you the revelation it is just words.
I’m so glad someone is talking about this!!! I’ve been telling the youth at my church all about this all the time, because there is power of life and death in your tongue… and when I realize what I was saying and what thoughts came with the music I listened too
So good! So many Christian songs have incorrect theology and sample worldly beats. I’ve completely been turned off of Kirk Franklin and Israel Houghton because of this.
We have to watch what we allow in our ear gate and eye gate. We have to keep what we allow in them Holy. We wouldn’t expect a surgeon to operate in a dirty operating room with dirty tools, so I cannot expect God to rest, remain & abide with me in a filthy internal or external environment. There must be no filthiness of the flesh or spirit AND no other gods. God is Holy. I agree with Pastor. If it does not edify or glorify God I’m not listening to it! *Ephesians 5:19* and *Colossians 3:16* are my criteria for music and ANYTHING with Kirk Franklin I will not listen to. He has given himself over to his flesh and I do not want his junk in my spirit. 🇨🇦
