Thats true, i stay in Miami soo theres alot of tropical aloha shirts whenever i go thrifting. I get soo many compliments when i put together an outfit. 🙌
Most rich folks do buy luxury clothing brands, the difference is that they rather wear luxury clothing with no logos or small logos, and skip the big logos and crazy designs. That's why you see a lot of them wearing luxurious basics/essentials with no/small logos.
Having tailored clothes is also the way to look like your peak self. No one can outstyle someone wearing tailored clothes no matter what brand they are rocking.
Exactly, I can make Walmart clothes look smooth, and it is how you wear it, not where you got it or the name on it. Style is confidence and an ability to present it without showing off.
True. But all of this - "broke people have more style is bullshit". Just visit europe. If you like to wear well - you have to have money. The whole american "rich fashion" is a joke.
I completely agree, and not just because I've always relied on my personal taste to dictate my clothing purchases, but year after year someone compliments something I'm wearing not knowing I been pulling that same piece that I thrifted out of my closet for a long while, keeping your wardrobe classic too will also help to keep ur look elevated without having a big budget. Your video is so on point 👌🏾
Having less money doesn't mean a better style. There is a ton of broke guys who wearing like shit. If you have a good style of being broke - you will reap benefits from that in the future. Also - having money doesn't mean that you don;t care about your clothing.
It's kind of unfair. Taehyung isn't some rich kid, he grew up poor and earned his way up. He's an example of what real style looks like. Plus he has a skin condition so he wears his shoes like that.
Ive always said that, in broadspeaking general terms..... I work in high end retail in NyC and I can pull a thrift outfit together that looks better than what alot of the clients can do w designer.
